And once all is done and over with, Dell will be in a worse shape. Only because it’s obvious they have no clue what they are doing. What’s the strategy? What do they want to achieve? What’s the criteria for selecting people to be laid off? Is there a master plan that dictates the strategy of layoffs? Nope. It’s all just cost-cutting panic. Typical for incompetent people.

Their strategy is to move as many jobs as possible out of the USA. This has been going on for over 3 years now. IA is just a smokescreen.
They have let so many people go we actually struggle to get the basics done on a day to day basis.
Customers must be growing tired of it at this stage.
The smallest task takes a lifetime to complete.
Dell has hired so many managers and VPs who have never done the job at a low or mid tier level. They are firing people out of pure ignorance of what keeps the company running. Don't blame dei. The folks in power are not minorities.
