What kind of a question is that? I wasn't going to take the Employee Experience Survey, but I decided to and to answer honestly. I can't believe the very first question is if I plan on being here 12 months from now. It's obvious they are using it as a way to help gauge RIFs and layoffs. I left that one blank since I don't really believe these are anonymous, but how obvious can they be? SMH

This company is swirling the toilet. What went wrong with A&D is a bunch of investors seeking artificial growth. The cult of Jack Welch will be the downfall of America.
The survey question and the yearly evaluation all points to replacement studies. According to DEI, we're all the same. Good luck to L3H, it's going down the drain.
Managers are showing their true colors. Recognition is out the window because you make them look bad with actual contributions. Don't stay and fight for table scraps at a dying company.
Remember, sheet flows downhill. Get off the sheet river and go somewhere where you're still treated like a human. Those places are few and far in between.
The only people that answered the survey honestly were unionized workers protected (to some extent) from retaliation. All of management lied their as--s off out of fear of getting canned. No improvements were made because management told their bosses everything was great.
What a bunch of feckless cowards.
funny, my manager never said a thing about the survey. Only got the emails to do it. Just check don't agree or disagree with everything
I remember up until a few years back we used to be able to avoid taking the survey. you could just refuse to take it and there would be no problem. now, your supervisor hunts you down with an ultimatum; take the survey and submit something or you're in trouble. but, I tempted fate and refused to take the survey anyway. nothing happened to me. but my supervisor got a nasty review for not making everyone in his department take the survey. as far as the question; "do you like your boss? they would have to be more specific and ask which one? I remember going through seven managers in 2 years. I liked two of them.
No, it's not the dress that makes you look fat. It's your a s s .
we had one of those surveys several years ago and the response was so terrible that our wonderful IT management never even shared the results like they were supposed to.
the survey means very little to anyone. I remember taking that survey. and I remember my supervisor admonishing me for waiting so long to take it. he told me if any of his people refuse to take the survey, he would get fired. so I took the survey. and when the question came up
are you planning to be here in 12 months?.. I answered; none of your damn business. I didn't get fired. but after I retired, my supervisor got fired.
Talking with HR the engagement is only at 15-20% and they want 100%...
Wow that's pretty low... usually even a low response rate is 40-50%
This is funny because I got to that question and couldn't tell if it was a trick or not... That and "do you like your boss?" I've had 3 bosses in two years with the current one not even on my shift!!
Talking with HR the engagement is only at 15-20% and they want 100%...
the toxic environment with the cash issues is making IMS segment managers and PM-types to jump ship and going elsewhere.
the company, by their own admission indirectly, is under no obligation to tell you the truth about your future. so, accordingly, you are not bound by the same rules. in other words, take the damn survey. tell them what they want to hear. lie your a-s off. beat them at their own game.
Gotta love the “Does this dress make me look fat?” questions………..it does
No, they are not anonymous. Your link is unique to YOU, meaning they are able to trace back to your email / full name.
Don’t answer honestly if you want to keep your job.
sometimes abstaining is an admission of guilt, like a breathalyzer. Just lie and move on, it is the prudent thing to do if you want to persist your employment, just a game, play it.
