32 IMS Site to be Close/Sold

L3Harris website, Investors, Investor Day Presentation, Slide 61.

As part of LHXNext, IMS will go from 102 sites to approx 70 sites by 2026. Additionally, 24 reporting unites to 4.

Does anyone have any insight as to what sites will be sold, consolidated, etc?

Waco will not close. They don't want Koresh to come out of hiding.

The company has been trying to find an excuse to close Clifton for about 5 years. They fired the best Director of Operations (who was actually an aerospace engineer) we ever had right after the merger in 2019. Then they got rid of everyone else who was qualified. (The last of them were let go in April 2024.) What followed were not one but 3 "talentless nobodies" who went about picking the worst employees the company had ever seen and promoting them to leadership positions. My God what a bunch of stupid people. It blooks like this dysfunctional facility will finally see it's doors close in less than 2 years.

Generally a talentless nobody is installed when a closure is planned -- a stooge who will happily keep their mouth shut while carrying out the shutdown, in return for a short reign as "King for a day."

Writing on the wall with recent leadership changes. Long time sites will be closed by new puppets installed. The race for the exits has started.
