My personal favorites are:
Daily “all hands on deck”.
Daily statement of “it’s not optional”.
These are really motivational.
Citi employment only lets you live for the day. You dont know what tomorrow holds and cant plan anything ahead of time. There a chance you have to work on the weekend and only get a days notice or have a late meeting with oversea's team same night and only get a heads up near the end of your shift. You never feel comfortable at your role and question if you will be there next week. Citi really only lets you live one day at a time, otherwise you will get into a vicious cycle of overthinking your future
Belfast and UK will be hit pretty hard so I’m told.

this is true, I know a bad job can affect someone life. The previous comment is so true, just live your life. Citi is not your entire life, and it may not be your job in the future, just a difficult time we have to get across, things change. Maybe get new employment soon with the effort to transfer.
