Intel's 15% includes ER. If you add the 5% in February to 7% in August and no ER, then Cisco is worse than Intel.

Intel has other problems than Cisco. You can't compare both companies.

Why not comparing Cisco to Arista an so forth. Are we still supposed to be happy?

Cisco does everything slow - including layoffs. We’ve taken maybe the pandemic year off for layoffs since 2008. Point being they get to similar numbers just by bleeding slower.

looks like Intel knows how to do things in one fell swoop. Well who knows the future so maybe intel may be back here next year.

Bell weathers is not a great place to get good pay and RSU.
