LR in Spain

Anyone impacted (or who was impacted in the past) in Spain? Can you share any info about the severance package, is it just the legal minimum?

24 months is the legal maximum after many years of service, but most companies give 20 days per year spent working with the company and that's it, which is the legal minimum, and is not much considering we'll likely only get 2 weeks notice.
I'm wondering if cisco pays anything more, as the severance package in the US seems pretty generous.

In Spain they pay you well, maximum 24 moths salary (last 3 x year payments average), so they pay you above the regulations
