Honestly these are such a joke. I don't even bother going into much detail really. Best to be as general as possible. Conceptual if you can get away with it. Just get through it.

@4ixr+1u1YWqL3 I am already sick of hearing raise the bar and create a new bar. We've been told that's the behavior they are looking for in PR comments. Who knows if that will change by the end of the year.
My favorite part about the reviews this year is DF reviewing everyone at or above LL5 so he can kick the ratings down.
I expect βraise the barβ to be used extensively until the end of the year. The ironyβ¦
The surveys are a joke. We have no idea whether they're telling the truth about the results. If they're really bad, does anyone honestly believe management will admit it? I certainly don't. Additionally, they review and interpet the results to mean what they want. When they reviewed the results with our team, many people were pretty vocal that they didn't agree.
The system is rigged, and we know the riggers.
Performance reviews were not used to determine who was fired in the June 2023 axings.
The whole process is such a joke.
Pulse survey was always a freaking joke.
The whole system is fake and rotting.
I put almost no effort into my mid term PR as I just don't care anymore. They are going to sc--w everyone anyway!
