Surprised there are not more legal actions against Cisco for undue mental torture of employees for the way LR's are handled. And, this one seems the worst ... so far. Most people make their way through it ok, but there is a subset that just get pushed too far -- and that's on the ELT...
Managers don't even know what the plan is yet - they sent an invite yesterday for a leader check-in tomorrow (Friday), so notifications today (Thursday) are _very_ unlikely.

There is no Cisco Beat scheduled. Jeetu said 90 days. They're collapsing 3 organizations into 1. I can't see how they have a list yet. This is going to be a long quarter.
They haven’t even sent an email telling everyone. So now we have those who know, and those who don’t. Very different from last time.
Looks like they’re waiting til Monday to even let anyone know what they’ve told the world in their press release
If it's like past ones, most of those affected in the US will find out tomorrow
