Those "employees" in India and Mumbai are mostlikely Accenture (3rd party). They show in webphone as reporting up to an AT&T employee. All organizations are filling up with them. It's called outsourcing.
The union workers don’t think they will be impacted. There is plenty of work for them all in Dallas! Lol!!
Years ago I was watching one of the "leadership" videos and the leadership at the time stated in no uncertain terms that unemployment in the third world was T's most important issues.
T does not give a $hit about US employees. Never did since divestature.
