“Quality from India and Phillipinnes is awful for the American market. Customers and learners will suffer”

You’re kidding right? I think the learners will be just fine.

And for the love of God, please understand that despite virtue signaling, companies, especially in this business, could not care less about their customers. I’ve sat in hundreds of meetings in publishing, many centered around manipulating customers to get year end orders in, or hold returns. I’ve seen fraud, business malpractice and zero ethics take place at Cengage, Pearson and McGraw.

I’ve never heard one person whose opinion matters plead on the side of “customers and learners.”

If you haven't figured it out by now, private equity is gutting the company. If you think you're safe because you possess certain skills, you're wrong. AI and offshoring are the future of the Cengage workforce.
