They didn't want to pay to fix the water pump in the pond so they are filling in the pond with concrete. Isn't that exciting? Much more ecologically sound.

They've been shutting down and selling building in the Bay Area for years. Why is RCND a thing? It's smart business. Wouldn't you rather they close and sell of real estate than lay off people?

Some how would not be surprised. They are sprucing up the pond this summer. Bld 4 still setting empty though, not an attractive area?
