Come on people be honest when have any of our CX deals ever been led by them … complete waste of money and unfortunately for them people have realised

You can include all of them … renewals / reschmewals … waste of money … Proper AM’s would have the deal done in half the time and we would save on the whole organisation … a good PM is all you need
CSE are a waste. Especially in SP. a holding pen for washed up careers and people many of whom are grade 13! Zero value. No better than a PM.
Depends on what you mean by CX. If you mean a CSE or Delivery, then yes I’m not sure how many deals are “led” by them. That’s not really their role, but their focus on adoption can de-risk the renewal and improve renewal rates/growth. Sales, CX, Renewals all doing their part.
Renewals Org also technically falls within CX. Renewals Managers and Renewals Specialists lead renewals (as they should) all the time.
