List Correlation??

I went down a rabbit hole early today.
Perhaps there is zero correlation with org/department name and who is on the list but when I click on mine it went to a dead end page. Of course I checked others. Some led to a page of employees. Some dead ends.

A close friend and former colleague shared that his leader said they have a place. There is no reason to not trust what he has shared. No dead end page to his org name search.

Am I reading into this based on other’s experiences or could there be something to it?

I’m seeing more of these where orgs are dead links. It’s not entire stacks, it’s just one or two specific people or teams within large reporting lines. In totally different areas of the business.

The “new “ directory is broken. It’s not you.

This seems correct. You found the impacted orgs before anybody else

What is this post when about? Is it only dependent to management?

If a person has direct reports and is impacted, they aren’t immediately removed from the directory. All their reports will be funneled out from under them and into a new reporting structure.
