Any news about layoffs in the CX org? What should we expect?

Get rid of CSE- fake pretend delivery/sales group.
CX is getting thinner every layoff. Customers are not needed expensive contracts to get bug scrubs and project milestones with PM and delivery staff. Moreover with AI, these things are easy to manage.
Expect 50% cuts in CX and not delivery roles.
You mean we don’t need 80% of CX to plan the work for the 20% of engineers? No kidding. What has customer success actually accomplished?

CX Product Managers, BOMs, CX Project Managers... basically anything not customer facing. And multi-layers of unneeded managemnt
