Thread regarding Cisco Systems Inc. layoffs

They caught a mole. The layoff numbers were released early and they gave different numbers to different people

I heard someone breached an NDA and they know who it is that is breaching info to Reuters

We’re all thinking that leaking the layoff is good but what if it’s an angle of insider trading - if you short the stock and leak the info ?

Leakers please - with this large a workforce it doesn’t take a genius to muck up the leak-catchers analysis and logic.

If they tell you low of high% and they know it’s 7% - all you have to do is fudge by 25-30% and release to news org.

Not like Reuters or any news org is going to pay you millions for something anyone with Half a brain can figure out from Scott’s stupid analysis of ARR and expectations - that Csco is f-ed up as a company.

Finally look up and down the ELT and you’ll see half a bunch of jokers and id--ts, who only care about their pay octave, you think this company can perform at all. Good luck to you if you do.

Frankly if you got caught telling Reuters - just wow - but then I’m not surprised liking at the ELT.

Maybe Cisco has an assumption who could be the mole, however with that information what Reuters has made public (they never gave an exact quantity), Cisco will not be able to sue against that mole because of missing of evidence. Cisco should rather use its energy to innovate instead of bothering the whole company with constant layoffs and track the folks who speak up witz the truth.

They specifically called out Reuterson a leader call … they paused Reuters from announcing it for a few days extra. That is a factual statement. I am not ETL … I do know someone breached an NDA and they narrowed down to specific people. It will be back page news but someone will go to jail or in house incarceration after this.

Reuters never mentioned and exact number .. they just said that it will be like in February or more. That is not exact enough to identify a mole.

It was mentioned on a leader checkin today and then clarified on other calls. They trapped someone
