csco would rather take or make your RSUs worthless. They would rather whittle your bonus base down 10% over the years. Wait until your IPF comes in at 110 or less when you have been ki-ling it all year (that's a performance problem rating previously where 120 was average). That is the direction moving to the next cycle - start low, stay low. Wait until they break out the latest scheme/offer for merit increases if you were remotely in position for one, it gets even more hokey but we'll let the ELT explain that one later. csco would rather promote people to director with no reports. How does a bdm get promoted after missing numbers for years? There are 30 year employees that have not seen an ER offer ever and I don't see that changing while they have to prop up the ELT to VP level bonus and stock.
