Anyone know what the recruiting targets are for 2024? Seeing posts on LinkedIn that recruiting is underway.

Apparently we recruit so few from university now that we have quit going to most universities we historically recruited from! Still hitting up the universities that provide diversity candidates hard though!

Yep it’s just more of the transparency and above board ethical business practices XOM prides itself in: lying to make people think they still want US employees
Most F10s have either limited or frozen hiring.
Any job postings you see are just salary surveys dressed up as requisitions. HR departments use this information to calculate how little they can pay their current employees with the same skills.

A larger percentage of hiring will occur in the low-cost country of India (i.e. the Bangaluru Technical Center).
Not many.....we still send ppl to universities, but the actual hiring is close to none at sites.
LinkedIn postings really just to put up an image that we are doing well and we are always hiring. Most sites have headcount freeze.
