They used to walk the floors and send emails that there weren't enough people coming in regularly.
Now it has stopped and it looks like no one cares.
I'm here almost every day, but it looks like most everyone is wfh for the next two weeks. Either that or vacation with summer winding down. I, personally don't care, as long as I come in and wfh when I need to.
The more you mention it, the sooner it becomes a problem.
Haven’t heard of any terminations, but I know one department where the MD spoke individually with everyone out of compliance and warned they would be ineligible for their bonus and receive a write up from HR if non-complaint.
RTO is only being enforced by the weak-minded "leaders" who are afraid to go against the Jane train. They'd rather smooch pickles than work smarter
