Karen is driving everyone literally crazy

She’s been on luxury vacations and caring only about herself as always.
The only way to WIN is Karen leaving….funny how she doesn’t see that yet….especially with how much the stock declined since she took over …🤡
Think we know where Phoebe from Friends ended up….every town hall all I hear is “Smelly cat oh smelly cat, what are they feeding you?…C’mon everybody”
Any layoff this year should trigger Karen’s termination.
Sounds like any politician that has been in "power" for the past 3.5 years and now could be running for POTUS and telling us how they are going to change things for the better from where they are now. WHAT? Have you not had 3.5 years to do that already?
she is just prepping everyone that layoff is coming your way :) so pathetic
Her email states, "we have had plenty to work through in our first several days of working together". Was she not working with us before last week?? Are these seriously her first few days of looking at the Aetna business?? Where TF has she been all these years?? Seems to explain some of the mess we're in. NOW she decides to take a closer look at the Aetna business SHE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR, AND ALWAYS HAS BEEN RESPONSIBLE FOR. She's acting like she was just hired. She should feel embarrassed sending that out.
She really has no idea what she's doing and I really think the former execs called her out and were fired for it.
It was a communication with no depth. A check the box exercise.
Great mental health, counseling and support benefits until they decide to lay you off.
Then they're basically sending you out to die if you have these issues. It's the same idea as CRGs for marginalized folks who will immediately lose their support system with the job. It's kind of silly in a dark way. Don't take seriously or depend on this job as a support system, period.
She just sent a "pep talk" email about how people commented on the town hall, and how we're all gonna lean in, operate at "peak performance" and win. Mentioned something about "refining management processes and prioritizing rigorous near-term performance". Near-term?
