Tough call… either believe a bunch of lawyers trying to make a lot of money if they can win in court or believe Intel. Post the article that has outcome in a few years.
In January Intel just introduced a new way of reporting IFS financials which shows a more clear picture of the spending vs revenue being generated. No surprise that it was going to be negative with all the capex spending. It would be fraud if they concealed the information. Investors didn’t do their homework before investing and now they are paying lawyers to try and recover their money. I doubt the investors will win. There certainly won’t be much money to recover by the time the court makes a decision.
