I was kicked off the island on Monday! One of the lucky 350...

In Cisco if you perform well but not super star in your group. Your direct report gave you good rating/raise/RSU it make you expensive. To be super star is hard, but stay low or ask mgr not give you raise/RSU is easier to stay safe.
This check-in is embarrassing. ELT is disjointed, unprepared, stumbling to answer basic questions. The cringe level is overflowing.

If you leave Cisco (whether by choice or forced out) and you find another place to work you will see most companies are much easier to thrive and focus
