Reading the SE bargaining report seems more like a Xmas wish list.
Out of curiosity… is there a reason why union members ‘deserve’ all those increases? For instance , health care costs have gone up for everyone. Why should yours not only be lowered, but add company matches and significant pension increases?
If T does not base healthcare on the national average , then likely your brother and sister unions will have to see their healthcare rise even more.
Why should T ‘significantly’ increase your wages PLUS annual cost of living increase?
Just because you need or want more money doesn’t (necessarily) mean your work has suddenly become that much more valuable.
