This was all planned and negotiated with the company long before craft walked off the job last Friday. Get a good night’s sleep tonight because you all will have plenty of work to catch up on starting tomorrow. If you don’t believe this to be true, come back to this post tomorrow and tell me I’m wrong. You won’t.

If so, it achieved its purpose of getting the company to bargain in good faith. Amount of days is insignificant, it’s about leverage. If the union returns to work then, they have been successful. There is always the option of going back out.
Love how company sycophants always try to spin..
That certainly fizzled out. I was expecting Shock and Awe after all the hype.
“Limit” to 120 weeks?
You are kidding on the “limit” part correct?
Play on words “limit”.
Popcorn is good!
The company is squeezing union members. They want to limit our severance pay to 120 weeks out here in the West. That's just under $300k for me. What do you losers in management get?
Getting paid.
To get a real strike, we have to first hear the word "impasse" and probably, a failed "mediation". I haven't heard that yet.
DNC ending the same time is no coincidence.
Yep- save company $ in wages and will use small portion to throw carrot at craft. It’s all bs
Long weekend!
That was quick!
I would not be surprised as the last strike was only 2.5 days.
“My Guy”…..WTF, are you a kindergartner?
Right!! Happy day tomorrow union tools! Welcome back and mandatory OT to clean up the load.
