Couldn't happen to a more deserving bunch of fools. It only affects grade 10 and above. They may not have been driving but they provided the directions to this disaster.

As soon as they file for chapter 11 surplus is gone …that’s even in the fine print when you sign up..just never thought that would actually be a possibility ..but it sure as F is now.

What would you do if you were going bankrupt? They will definitely eliminate it.
If you have a large balance you might want leave to get a couple of years of payout before Intel goes bankrupt. Executive compensation might be pretty far down the creditors list. I never thought this would be a possibility.
