Glint survey

Does anyone think they will apply any of the feedback they receive from these glint surveys? I can only imagine how low these results are going to be.

Glint surveys are anonymous but not really. No name attached but managers are able to see comments if they have five or more on their team. So they can pretty much figure out who said what. I would be careful what you say because no one knows if the higher ups are looking for employees not fully committed to the company or who are deemed bad attitudes and thus disposable. At this point everyone should be actively looking for a new job.

Too scared to speak my mind in the glint survey, everything online suggests that they can figure out who says what.

Props to whoever is pocketing the extra 6k a month, pigs aren't even able to pay myself that much for all the work.

Who knows. Most likely not. As far as the new c suite is concerned we’re just excess on the balance sheet that the board dictates

From my knowledge, many of the managers truly have no idea who would be leaving and when up until shortly before each layoff occurs. That has been the consensus between managers.

From speaking with some of the employees who have been laid off, many managers have been visibly upset during the calls/video calls. I also know it has been frowned upon for managers to reach out to the employees that have been laid off, but many have after the fact.

I truly don't think it matters what you say on this. If they are going to let you go, they are going to do just that. Many people didn't deserve to be laid off that truly did nothing wrong. No performance issues, literally nothing.

So based on the amount of people on your team it's pretty easy to tell who wrote what. The results of each department go to the department leaders. Be careful what you say because they can tell if it's something they've heard you say before etc

I never filled any of those out. They say they are anonymous, but they really do know. If I were still a current employee, I'd keep my opinions to myself and look for a way out ASAP!

I didn’t even want to fill the thing out! What is the point when none of our opinions matter. They are clearly doing what they want anyways no matter how many of their jobs get saved so lower level people can scramble.

I've heard people are getting fired for what they said

Unlikely. When have they taken any advice into consideration. As much as I'd love to say yes to this question, I don't think so.
