STTD is the same, they have grades 8/9/10 doing technician work.
They need to fire everyone above grade 6 and start over.
They hire PhD to do busy DJ work, moving disc(wafers) around and shutting down ideas if you don't have the right background... still a toxic place that has been promising to fix its culture and failing to admit it still has leagues to go to be competitive, it is the gold standard of an inefficient place to innovate. Silos for days and hubris for miles.
