Oops, sorry, bad question. Management already knows everything about this industry in consultation with Microsoft and other external technology thought leaders. Carry on with those current industry leading exploration and development programs.

It's funny that people think HR has anything to do with head count reductions. This is all consultants selling management on "how much money you can save". HR is getting cut 25-30%. Blood bath for everyone.
