Thread regarding Chevron Corp. layoffs

ENGINE working or not?

All this talk about lofty goals, success and the ENGINE working. But what happens when the ENGINE doesn’t work? How will the inept leaders regain trust?

But wait! Uncle Mikey said we were going to “win in any environment”. He hasn’t gotten the company there yet?! Gasp! What’s he been doing all this time?

Well let’s see we listened to terrible BCG “advice” in 2020, are listening to terrible McKinsey “advice in 2024, and I guess when this fails miserably we’ll look to the brilliant minds at Bain in 2028.

Can’t expect any thought leadership from Chevron leadership anymore. The only American jobs we support are overpaid, useless management consultants.
