I was on the application submission page, and noticed that question about being in your current role for 12 months before posting out, is no longer there anymore? Is it no longer required? Anyone from HR/recruiting here know?

External jobs pay more.
Leave Wells Fargo, it's a sinking ship.
I applied for something this week and was not asked. Don’t know why.
No still a requirement. If anything they are enforcing it more due to people job hopping.
Gee I wonder if you do this process you can be queued up for being laid off. The role will probably going offshore anyway.
The system has flagged you and knows instead of using an honor system and allowing you to self report. It shows a message that says you’ve been identified as being in ur role less than 12 mos, your manager will receive notice and have the opportunity to approve. then it asks if u want to proceed. they get an email immediately. once they approve, you officially apply. soooo first off, have the convo first. second, make sure u dont wait until the last second bc a role could close before ur mgr approval. waaah waaah. 😭
Your manager will receive a workday notice to approve if in role less than 12 months.
I had an internal screening last week and they still asked me the question.
