Have heard rumblings of HR et al wanting to shift goalposts to include ALL of 2024 i.e. if you haven't been doing your 11 all year, you'll be dinged. Has anyone else heard this?

Not to be pro company, I can’t stand the place.
But, it’s been pushed since last December in meetings, town halls, HR communications, direct letters from AC that RTO begins/began Jan 1 2024
People seem to think that their division heads trump/supersede direct communications from HR and AC.
