I saw this in my feed today.
View my verified achievement from McKinsey & Company.

Leadership Essentials part of .. Leadership Academy

There were 2 managers/team leads/whatever in this area. One was civil, one was ridiculous. One was laid off, one posted the McK update.

I wasn't aware of it until I heard of them here, but damn. I'm sure you can figure out which one is still there.

All the leaders are this bank are McKinsey alumni.

I wonder if any of them are in that training video teaching the new McKinsey employees to lid off people.

It was sickening to watch these consultants that ruin so many life just all laugh like it’s a job when people lose their job

Definitely watch John Oiliver on McKinsey, pretty much reflect this bank management

Ha! Morals and Ethics? We're talking about McKinsey here. Their "strategies" are very short-term minded and small brained. John Oliver does a great job of summarizing the cancerous work they do. You can find it on YouTube.

With all the negative publicity surrounding McKinsey and the sinister work they do, it's hard to not assume the worst of McKinsey alums at companies like U.S. Bank. While they might be smart people, I assume they are completely devoid of morals and ethics and willing to do literally anything for $$$, titles and power. The McKinsey alum on the managing committee have done absolutely nothing to dispel the stereotype.
