I was laid off the other week. I’m ok with it but laugh to myself, it’s not all on performance. I managed my clients, hit targets but wasn’t liked by x-x. Meanwhile you have people who don’t directly take on work versus use BNY Mellon to promote themselves. What does Ben Slavin exactly do again in the client organization-not directly held accountable for revenue or targets?
