Can anyone help me understand why the worst managers and directors are still at Crown.
Human Resources and Business Support does not give a flying flip anymore.
The more tenure a male has the more cr-p they can get away with.

The site is anonymous. But some d-mb ss will say something like “my dum**s manager in Albuquerque doesn’t know what they are doing to me, a fiber splicer..”.

Be smart, peeps, don’t give so much info that it narrows you down to 1 out of 5 people. They will figure it out. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist.

My favorite are the people being “promoted” right now. They are thrilled when really the company can’t find anyone stupid enough to do that role for so little money on a sinking ship.

You are absolutely correct only the bottom of the barrel managers are left and the sorry directors will not rock the boat to get rid of them.

It’s quite simple. Anybody that has talent left Crown. What is left is the bottom of the barrel employees that nobody else wants.

Trust me as someone who tried the "anonymous" portal - it isn't. They'll followup and tell you they can't do anything w/o "further details" and then strong arm you into giving enough information that they can figure out who you are or you break down and just tell them. Then, like everyone who goes to BS, it won't be confidential within the org and you'll be harassed.

They're all related. Especially at SP. They run the company not the EMT.

Reporting to anyone unless outside of the company via whistleblower or government entities is a waste of time and may cost an honest individual their job. There are folks who were audited by Crown for mismanagement of millions, now promoted and they ensured that anyone in the way of their personal gain were added to the RIF. Corruption runs deep, wide and high, in the south. Don’t let them fool you.

We need to usher out Managers and Directors with 10 plus years. The Houston Office and South Area needs to be cleansed from the unethical, disgusting, dishonest, and incompetent leadership.
