So does that mean every 31WS Services Tech and 32WS Facility Tech working copper and fiber broadband needs to be addressed as well.

The biggest difference is the Digital Techs that are making Wage Scale 32 pay for doing wire tech work. Thought that would’ve been addresssed. Obviously it wasn’t. Tells me all I need to know.

If I’m not mistaken they’re called wire tech in the SE-old Bellsouth-D3 and premise tech everywhere else.
