CHEVRON’S BOD IS WEEEEAAAAK. They are puppets to MW. No backbone, just milking the BOD compensation…….
There is ZERO indication that this is what they have planned. They even extended the mandatory retirement age to keep him on.

As long as the stock price remains steady and the dividend is paid on time, MW is safe. He's got the majority share holders on his side so any vote to oust him won't pass.

Time to get rid of the simpletons on the payroll who make useless posts like this all day and contribute nothing to the company. Hopefully sooner rather than later.
