Anyone hear about getting 2 raises for associates under 10 years? Some in my club are saying they are getting the November raise as well as other in February 2025? I’ve been hearing both.

What’s wrong y’all don’t have your daily morning meetings ? The outside world knows before the associates ?
The November raise is for only people making less than $16 an hour. Your all going to be disappointed.
We are only getting one raise no raise in February since we are getting it in November
Historically if they give a raise in November. For people under the new minimum. It takes place of their February raise
Pretty sure we are only getting one raise in November. This is our yearly raise that we usually get in February. It's just earlier.
