Thread regarding Cigna layoffs

Obligation?

When told your job is going to be eliminated, is there any obligation or expectation (or MANDATE) that you answer questions about how things are done - especially in the time frame of JE notice and termination date? If there is no response are you in danger of losing severance?

Don't give anyone anything extra. You truly are no longer even an employee with input for the 30 days you are still a employee. Eff them.

I’d say give it just enough effort so they don’t question whether or not you did so in good faith. It’s not worth loosing severance. I know revenge feels good, but it’s what they want you to do. They want you to retaliate so they can say, seeeeee they are crazy and dangerous and much be destroyed/fire/constructive termination. Don’t give them an inch. Sn---h the money and run.

You probably will be canned on the spot and lose severance if they can pin it to your instructions
