Any news on when will be the next Level up program in GNT? Which titles are going to get refreshed? Princ, Eng IV etc..

Was on a call with Leadership, and HR yesterday and they stated it would be 4Q for GNT and it is postponed for the rest of the company. It is a promotion opportunity internally not for external applicants
Just wait for Verizon 3.0 as they will do that to distract the stock holders.

There will be no Title Refresh with Level Up. Those are two separate things. Level Up is a promotion opportunity for those who earned it, and it's coming. Have you earned it? Are you in the top 5-10% of accomplishment for your Director?
I hear level down is coming with Ai.
It's twice per year - Q2 and Q4. As @dba+1uES7TvJ stated incorrectly - it is NOT for external candidates. That makes no sense considering Level Up is a promotion cycle.. so external candidates? What..?
That said, the last Level Up was supposed to be in June. However, it was correctly stated here that it was postponed, most likely due to all of the RIFs and VSP taking place.
Source - i was part of the RIF the week before VSP was announced and was looking forward to Level Up. Was told it was postponed myself before I was laid off..

They postponed the 'level up' until sometime in 2025.
Everyone will soon be titled "supreme commander of the universe", however, the work will be the same, however there is more of it per person due to VSP/RIFs, and there will be no change in compensation. Enjoy the new title.
