Clearly you don’t know what you’re talking about as the affected employees are not represented by a union.
Stepping down ? How about buyouts ? Anybody asked to take buyouts ? With unions I believe there's a " rolling buyout ' offer to take after the previous years of layoffs
I think it will be the working staff laid off
I believe the CMO EVP and SVP chose the names in July even if some pretend they didnt and protected each other and themselves with their huge salaries and huge budgets
no one will step down if the meeting is at 830am LA time .. seems like they already would have
Both Michael Engleman and Erin Calhoun have “stepped down” in recent weeks so I’m not sure what you are talking about. But frankly it’s irrelevant, they’ll be just fine if it takes them 6-12+ months to find another job. They’ll never have to worry about putting food on their tables.
No one is stepping down
SVPs with contracts will last till their contract ends and then maybe longer
Rank and file are getting decimated
It’s an end of an era, decades here and being thrown away like a McDonald’s cheeseburger wrapper, you deserve better and will get it..elsewhere
Most SVPs and EVPs are safe despite that they are the most expensive folks who don’t do work. VPs are sc--wed.
F this place. How the “Office of the CEO” can announce $500 million in cost cuts (aka our jobs) while ALSO taking a combined $9 MILLION in BONUS money tells you everything you need to know! Why more people
Internally haven’t noticed this is beyond me but they justify it as a bonus for taking on the added responsibility of the CEO role after Bobs departure but those of us who survived the first round of layoffs earlier had a boat load of responsibility's added to our plate without a freaking dime added to our pay so if they expect us to do more work with no extra pay, those clowns should be expected to do the same! Even if I survive tomorrow, I’m going to start looking. F this place.
thats what deadline always uses in their articles.. " stepping down "
basically being forced out but allowed to announce it yourself and to your team
they even used that term for Bob ...
i havent heard much of senior leadership telling anyone this either today
"stepping down" what does that mean?
