Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

Xeon 6 with P-cores and Gaudi 3 AI accelerators

Good luck selling that.
Here's the deal: Pat saying "We have the goal of offering a lower overall total cost of ownership." is a long fu--ing way from pricing our slower products less than the competition.

Total BS! There is no one left in Habana including the driver developer all quit/left. No Linux drivers for Gaudi until Feb 2025. No Gaudi4. No road map to SierraFalls.
If you read carefully...Gaudi is no longer a
"accelerstor". It is now an "inference engine"

All the above means Intel is getting out of the GPU business for the nothing time.

I have seen this reduced total cost of ownership movie during phone chip contra revenue days in smartphones. Intel is dead and even resurrection of Lord Jesus can't save it
