Add that extra pallet we don’t need, talk to them and make sure they don’t reject them! Fu-k you, you work the stores and get bitched at and deal with the mounds of back stock and back pain to go along with it. No that’s ok, watch that sales number rise while you sit back and push in numbers. We’ll deal with the misery, just relax and collect your bonus.

The Walmart orders up here were unlocked just for this week. I almost forgot what it was like to go in to a Walmart to pack out the delivery and have it all go up and actually make sense. What should be an easy job has been made unbearable by a company that can’t get out of its own damn way
I really can’t take this sh-t much longer… walk into stores loaded with fu--ing backstock, and more of the same keeps coming in.
Product loading isn’t reflective of true sales, which is why it’s illegal! SEC would have a field day with this company! Greedy pigs 🐷 I give all my stores my DM’s number and simply tell them I didn’t order it and they are welcome to call my boss! My boss never answers his phone, I don’t think they get reception in his favorite bar!
So pi---d off last week with my store getting 2 FKN nos orders on both deliveries. I sent the rms an email saying how it was wrong of the company to send all this sh-t to hit numbers. Never got a response from him.
I have family oreo and ritz coming out of my bu-----e at every store! This is thanksgiving quantity at the end of September! Makes me afraid on what’s coming in for thanksgiving! I’m sick of answering my phone from stores complaining about all this nos coming in and I’m sick of going in and explaining to store management about the nos as well. From here on out I will no longer answer my phone. Let them escalate their issues higher up. I just don’t care any longer!
Product loading isn’t “fudging things”, it’s illegal! Not surprising though, seems to be how they do things at Mondelez!
I hope all the higher ups are sitting back relaxing congratulating each order sipping wine and playing golf and another successful sales target hit, while we all work and stress and get bitched at. Kudos to You desk jockeys by entering those excessive numbers into the ordering system, you’re the real heroes at Mondelez! We’re just the trash that goes into the stores and deal with it every day.

It’s not just Walmart. Here in the Chicago market it’s jewel, Mariano’s, Target…etc. I wrote an order for a Mariano’s store that was 72 cases. It rolled through the backdoor at 183 cases. This is absolutely ridiculous
I’ll be communicating with my stores to ensure refusal and this will keep my ftow happy….problem solved!

Blind NOSing smaller stores? The only ones that we had "some" control over. It's not just Walmart.
In the North East they add to just about every account, but the walmart nos’s are out of control. Every Walmart will get 400 cases Friday and your useless RMS will send the OSA report and still complain about your percentage. It’s the same BS every quarter for the last two years cause they have to make it look as if mission one isn’t an utter failure.
Just give them your bosses phone number tell Walmart any issues call this number
