What are impacted employees at the various levels from yesterday receiving for severance? Based on years of service? Is bonus included?

How long were you there that you are getting paid until January 20? Are you getting any severance after? That's great for you. Tax wise.
Bonuses only go to VPs and up which is so cr-ppy. Also each division / position has different packages.
Unused PTO only rolls over into the following year and is capped. Since you were here 7 years your cap would have been 30 days (240 hours).
As the saying goes “use it or lose it”.
My severance package included no bonus. They are paying me until January 20. That’s it. Also all the PTO that I accrued before the company went into the unlimited pto policy was not shown on my letter. I have been at the company for 7 years. I had shares that were about to vest too that are now gone.
I didn’t sign my severance letter and just contacted a lawyer to see what my options are.
