I left after the last round of layoffs. I was lucky to land a good job in a smaller company, and I’m very happy where I’m now. It was time for me to leave Nike, layoffs fatigue just sped up the process. Before I left most of my colleagues were completely demoralized by the state of the company and direction it was going in the wake of the layoffs. Most, however, wanted to stay in Nike. I hope for those people and the rest of you that a new direction works out. Good luck!

Same here. The last rounds of layoffs ki-led all my passion and hurt me so badly. Although I survived, I felt so sad and so angry to see so many good people let go. Have the leadership team truly evaluated them? When I learnt that two biggest bullies stayed (both are senior directors, both are women), I decided to leave. It was just Hopeless at that time. Luckily, I landed a very good offer and am thrilled to start my new job. I still come to this board from time to time. I feel so happy for Nike. EH is the right choice.
