It's an excuse for the company to block the pay review another 3 months while they sort out these issues so they can be fair to everyone. Which will result in everyone being put in the DXC staff role, where the salary band is £16,000 to £100,000 - and so we can conclude you are paid within your market rate band and don't need reviewing now or anytime soon.
Snr analyst is actually the abbreviation for "snoring analyst"..... the one who sleeps at work while the real work is done by the Sr.Analyst
