Has anyone ever sued the bank for discrimination? Or know someone who has? What was the outcome?

You will likely never know, as settlement is likely tied to confidentiality clauses. However that said, if you speak to an attorney and they feel that you have a viable case to bring forward, then absolutely please do! I truly can’t figure out how this bank doesn’t have a line of these suits against it. So many perceptions of discrimination based upon a mystery formula that nobody seems to know how it works. Clearly they do not listen to their rank and file on complaints despite their attempt to be viewed as DEI / Woke champions. If they did, then I can point to someone who should have been let go a while ago on many occasions for multiple reasons. Perhaps the worst I have ever seen in my many decades.
