Anyone know for sure when the deadline for relocate or quit is? I’ve seen it posted on this site the end of this month but also the end of the year.

Never quit, have them “let you go”. It’s better that way if you apply for unemployment.
Depends on if you’re a contractor, when your contract expires or if you’re an employee what HR set as your date. There’s no set date for everybody. Lots of contracts do expire today so that’s that.
