Voice connect is garbage. It don’t work. It’s cr-p. Eliminate that to save mone VZ. Tired of putting it in to go back 2 weeks later to take it out.

It's work, job security, lol. Close the copper ticket, get a voice link svc order, go back in two weeks to disconnect and fix the copper. There's 3 tickets. That's almost a full days work. Stop complaining.
