Does anyone else find it beyond weird that we are moving into 4th quarter and nobody knows how to qualify for CEO Club?

Xerox had the only award I’ve ever received where when you won presidents club … you lost ….to the tune 1500$ out of future pay so that lard a-s management could bring their spouses … and ignore the regular employees who won… worked at several other companies never saw such a bullsht move from any other company … so work harder bando wants to bring his family this year

Well, in 2023, no one could figure out the rankings all year either. And then, inexplicably, in November, they had a strange promotion that allowed anyone that wrote November business to leap ahead of people that performed all year. Go figure, you had people at 110% of plan going vs. people at 150%.

CEO Club is a complete joke at Xerox, they never issue monthly league tables, what sort of Sales organisation is this ? In the UK the SVP doesn’t even encourage success - what sort of business are you running Cassidy ???
Wow if no CEO club, I save $2,000 for my cost of "winning the trip" where I pay for a lot of the cost Plus taxes. Small companies pay the entire amount and pay you / re-imburse you for the taxes. Titanic.
Can you even fathom the idea that the CEO club is possibly still a thing? There's about 8 people on the payroll, company is falling apart, and this guys a$$ is going to Cancun on the company card. I feel like the Xerox sign is going to fall off the building and there's an Herbalife sign behind it. How can this be real??
