Intel is a total mess. Every day feels like a disaster with poor decisions, no accountability, and nobody caring - which ends up leading to revenue loss and layoffs. It’s just a downward spiral with no focus, and it's obvious things are on a steady decline. Working here for the past three years has been one of the worst experiences because it's all about incompetence and mismanagement.

OP is not an employee. Otherwise, tell us why you have not already left, if you complain so much.
Sounds like the entire 20 years I spent at Intel......
What a bunch of trolls shorting the stock. You don't even work for Intel. You are going to get smoked.
No one is hiring us if you haven’t noticed
This is what happens when you take 3 months to reduce headcount by 15%. They could have offered VSP prior to the 15% reduction announcement then just executed the ISP over 2 weeks not dragging it out over 3 months with continued anxiety and stress and just sitting around waiting for the shoe to drop. POOR PLANNING and EXECUTION.
Agree with previous post - just leave Intel already. If you can’t deal with the silly stuff going on right now the problem is you.
Its a train wreck. All the managers that aren't leaving are backstabbing and undermining each other to get to the top of the trash heap.
Take notes and write a book on: "What not todo with your career"
Lots of s-xual tension in the hallways. Cant you feel it too?
He’s not wrong
@OP - do you, us, and the company a favor - stop whining and leave. No pity from me.
