I was told front end team leads could not have a weekend day as a regularly scheduled day off. However one of our front end team leads has every Sunday off as part of their block schedule. I guess it depends on who you are. Very unfair of the management team.

They are on a rotating block schedule. The have one weekend off per month and I think one additional Sunday off.
Your best move is to go to a website and complain about.....oh wait a minute.
